The sort, one question at a time
Every asset is sorted in a fixed order, and the order is the method: is it a crypto-asset at all, does the nine-guideline gate catch it, is it genuinely unique, does it promise stability, and against what. Answer honestly and the tree shows where the answers point — with the citation at every step.
Orientation, not advice: this walks the fixed ORDER of the sort with its citations. It cannot classify a real asset — the answers are yours, the boundary varies by member state, and ESMA itself recommends reassessing a token periodically through its life.
Question 1· the sort’s fixed order
Can the asset be transferred and stored electronically, using distributed ledger technology or similar technology?
MiCA's own definition is the first filter, and it has two teeth: transferability between holders, and the ledger. In-game gems in a publisher's ordinary database fail both.
