3. Services & Delivery

probative.io sells independent research and analysis in two forms: (a) consultations — a fixed-length advisory call at the price shown before booking; and (b) fixed-fee written work — a report, findings memo, or regulatory review, scoped and priced in writing before any payment is taken. The first conversation is free; paid work follows a written scope.

Delivery is evidenced in writing in every case: a consultation by the booking record and a short written summary sent after the call; written work by the delivered document and confirmation of receipt. Payment is by invoice — sent by email, or by post on request — settled by bank transfer within 14 days, after the scope is agreed in writing.

4. Refunds — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a consultation or a piece of fixed-fee written work, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery by emailing contact@probative.io. Refunds are made in full to the original payment method. No conditions are attached beyond the request itself.
